About TGN
I am a Chartered Engineer with iMechE, via the Nuclear Institute and have worked in the nuclear industry for 20 years, starting at Sizewell A when it was an operating Magnox power station.
During decommissioning I became involved in waste projects which took me to most of the Magnox sites, leading the engineering in successful waste retrieval and processing campaigns, from initial concept to commissioning and engineering support during operations.​
There have been many interesting challenges which I have found pragmatic and effective solutions for, including measuring the flooding of argon into waste filled vaults, or developing a bin for hydrogen generating waste to prevent it coming in contact with the concrete encapsulant.

I have managed the design and engineering activities on large new facility build projects to maintain design intent and the golden thread back to the original requirements. This is a vital aspect of projects that is so often overlooked, resulting in delays in going regulatory approval to commence commissioning and operations.

Belinda has worked in the Resources industry for numerous years, managing numerous large scale resource placements, all to the clients approval. An effective organiser, she ensures the right skillset is on hand for any job, large or small.
She also provides day to day project management to keep the project on track with its deliverables, including scheduling, time keeping and supply ordering.
